• Web & Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to collect non-identifying information about how you use our website. This helps us monitor and improve our application's performance.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for payroll administration purposes. This includes:

• Verifying your identity and your employees' identities.
• Verifying bank accounts for direct deposit and tax payments.
• Creating and submitting all required federal and state tax forms.
• Processing payroll and facilitating ACH (bank) transactions.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

We only share information with third parties as absolutely necessary to perform payroll services, such as:

• Government Agencies: To submit tax forms and payments to the IRS and state tax authorities.
• Financial Partners: To process ACH transactions (direct deposits and tax payments) with our partner banks.
• Verification Services: To perform identity and bank account verification.

SMS & Text Messaging

We will only use SMS text messaging for security purposes (like two-factor authentication) and for transactional account notifications that you have explicitly opted into. We will not use SMS for marketing.

Data Security

We take the security of your sensitive data extremely seriously.
